In Ciutadella de Menorca the ultra-modern, well-kept apartment is situated in a 2-storey house with several residential units, which share a common outdoor area.
The 55 m² apartment is on the ground floor and has a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed for 3 people) as well as one bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV and a baby bed. On the private, covered terrace you can enjoy your meals and a glass of wine in the fresh air. The common outdoor area offers a view of the beautiful landscape and features 2 barbecues and a fantastic outdoor pool - no wishes are left unfulfilled and everyday stress is quickly forgotten! The closest supermarket is only 600 m from the accommodation and you will find both a bar and a restaurant within 50 m. The dreamlike, sandy beach Playa Cala Blanca can be reached after 270 m or a 3-minute walk and enchants beachgoers with its white sand and crystal clear water. Parking is available on the street.

This was THE most convenient possible way to do Tahoe Donner. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 and gave us the flexibility we needed to juggle getting on the slopes and getting some remote work taken care of. You can see Eagle Rock from the balcony.Will definitely keep this on our short list!
