It has 3 floors and consists of 2 living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (one with a queensize bed, 3 with 2 single beds each), and 3 bathrooms, and it can accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fans, a fireplace, a high chair and a baby cot.
The breathtaking view of the Castell de Capdepera and the mountains from the terrace is one of the highlights of the house.
Here, in the outdoor area, you will find many comfortable seats, a barbecue, a ping pong table and a refreshing swimming pool (24,5 m²) where you can take a dip in warm summer days.
Due to the central location of the holiday home there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and even historical sights at only a few minutes walking.
Numerous bays with white sandy beaches and turquoise blue water, like the beautiful Cala Mesquida, can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
The house has a garage available.
Parking spots in the street are also easy to find.

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr viel Platz, das Flair von Capdepera ist toll, dort kann man gut dem Tourismus entfliehen. Maria ist sehr nett und war für Fragen immer zu erreichen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns auch ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl zu Verfügung gestellt. Wir werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé des très belles vacances dans cette maison. On peut dire qu'elle est confortable et située dans un très bel endroit. La propriétaire nous a très bien reçus et tout ce que nous lui avons demandé, supplément articles de cuisine, elle nous les a fournit, car nous étions nous famille av...

Küchenutensilien waren ein Sammelsorium, Wasserhahn in der Küche war locker, Kaffeemaschine war total verkalkt…aber alles nur kleine Schönheitsfehler, die schnell behoben werden können
