In Santanyí, the 2-storey Finca Sa Tanqueta De Ses Roques impresses guests with its charming round tower.
The 130 m², rustic Finca is situated in a quiet area and offers a comfortable living/dining room with a stove and high ceilings, a very well-equipped country kitchen with another dining area, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one en suite). It can therefore accommodate 6 people and one toddler.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat screen satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.
In the outdoor area with 2,800 hectares of land, children will find plenty of space to play.
The 32 m² pool has its own fence, so that even small children can play without hindrance.
Relax on one of the 6 deck chairs under the shady sun sail, barbecue delicious meals and savour them with a glass of full-bodied wine and a view of the mountains on the horizon.
There is also an outdoor shower, lounge furniture and parasols.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 3.1 km or a 5-minute drive away and the closest beach, Cala Santanyí, is 2.8 km from the property.
Listen to the gentle sound of the waves, tan under the Majorcan sun and spend unique hours with your loved ones! Parking is available on the property.

Hilfsbereite Gastgeber, saubere Unterkunft, die Nähe zum Meer und zur Stadt.
Die unzureichende und qualitativ schlechte Küchenaustattung (zum Teil nicht brauchbar) ließ eine Selbstversorgung nur sehr bedingt zu. Aus dem Wasserhahn im en suite- Badezimmer kam kaum Wasser.

Das Haus liegt sehr schön und ist sehr gepflegt. Es verfügt über einen großen Pool und es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich.

Die Finca ist wunderbar gelegen, ruhig und dennoch sehr gut erreichbar, in nur wenigen Minuten ist man in Santanyí oder Cala Figuera. Der Pool ist der Hit, wirklich ausreichend groß, um Schwimmen zu können. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut über WhatsApp funktioniert, jederzeit errei...
Die Matratzen waren sehr weich, aber das ist ja Geschmacksache.
