The typical Majorcan Villa Mirador Capdepera stands in a peaceful location at the edge of the picturesque small town of Capdepera and can accommodate 6 people.
It features a living/dining room with direct access to the large terrace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite) arranged over 2 floors.
The child-friendly holiday home also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, a high chair, a cot, a children’s bed and children’s toys as well as with a fireplace and heating for relaxing holidays during all seasons.
The stand-out highlight is the outside area surrounded by Mediterranean flora, and equipped with a pool, a covered terrace with a barbecue and a table tennis table.
The small town of Capdepera with its shopping facilities as well as numerous restaurants and bars as well as the nearest beach, Playa de Canyamel, can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
Small dogs are allowed.

Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang bis Emde schnell und unkompliziert. Die Finca war ein Traum, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Alles war sauber und die Finca, insbesondere die Küche sind bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool hat auch an bewölkten Tagen zum schwimmen und entspannen eingeladen. Alles ist großzügig geschnitten. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!
