We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we expect you to leave the house as you found it. Can Garbeta is located in the picturesque center of the old town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and accommodates up to 8 guests.
Bedrooms are assigned based on occupancy, with one room for every two guests.
The house features modern furnishings, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (each with a ceiling fan), and 3 bathrooms across two floors.
This traditional Mallorcan house, tastefully decorated, also offers Wi-Fi, TV, a crib and high chair, children's toys, books, and board games—perfect for a relaxing holiday at any time of year.
Street parking is available.
Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafés are just a short walk away.
The nearest beach is about 15 minutes by car. The house is in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for groups of young people or any kind of events. Important: You will be provided with a parking permit, which must be returned.
If not returned, a charge will apply for an extra fee.

Great condo, it’s beautiful. Couple of things to mention are the iron has staining on it impacting your ability to iron clothes and the ironing board could use a replacement. we really enjoyed the beach, and also the porch, it was very nice being able to sit out there and have those tables to play...

Villa was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. Our host, Alexandra, was easy to communicate with and gave great recommendations. Street parking was easy.
