Only over 25 years old.* Please note that this is a house in the mountains (usually 400-600 m above the coast) and here the roads are winding and access can also be by dirt tracks. Casa Julia is a charming holiday home for 4 people in the Sayalonga mountains, offering stunning terrace views and a private infinity pool. The property has 2 separate apartments, but only one is available for rent. but only one is available for rent, ensuring your privacy as the owner's apartment remains locked, as he will not use the pool area during your stay. The nearest beach, Algarrobo Costa, is 20-30 minutes by car. There are two shortcuts: one is hard to find (directions provided on arrival) and the other has occasional potholes.
Access to the apartment involves a staircase, making it less suitable for elderly or disabled guests.There is parking for up to 2 cars. Guests can enjoy the terrace, a brick barbecue, and a shaded relaxation area. The living room offers German satellite TV, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Casa Julia has two bedrooms.
The master bedroom has direct access to the pool area. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Pets are allowed for an extra charge per night.
An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet. Electricity costs are monitored by reading the meter on arrival and departure.
Excess electricity consumption (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will be charged at 0.39 euros per kW, payable in cash on departure or deducted from the deposit.
Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption.

Maison très accueillante, bien équipée,propre.
La vue magnifique, terrasse et piscine parfaite.
Environnement très calme.
Le chemin d'accès est une petite route de montagne, la prudence s'impose.

The host was very friendly and helped out with everything. It was clean. Outstanding view and a very peaceful atmosphere.
The house had everything you could possibly need.
It’s definitely a nice stay for people who want to get some peace.
The bedrooms weren’t as portrayed in the pictures and I would say a bit too small for 4 persons. We had a lot of ants in the kitchen.
There are a lot of stairs therefore I wouldn’t recommend bringing heavy luggage.
The drive down the mountain takes around 20 minutes so a car is mandatory.
The WiFi wasn’t working well, it was hard to watch anything on Netflix etc. without being interrupted.

De waanzinnige uitzicht op de zee. Het was in zijn geheel erg rustig wat wij prima vonden. De rit naar boven is zeer avontuurlijk maar na een paar keer rijden wen je er aan :)
Overlast van mieren en vespe. Koffiezetapparaat zou een keertje vervangen kunnen worden ook zoals de braadpannen.
