Only over 25 years old.* This holiday home, Casa Ariola, is located at an altitude of 400 meters in the Campo of Algarrobo or Arenas, just 20 minutes from Algarrobo Costa's beach.

The road leading to the house is mostly paved, with only a few hundred meters of well-maintained dirt road, making it accessible without an off-road vehicle.

The last 100 meters to the house are steep and narrow, but manageable for an experienced driver. Casa Ariola offers stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coast of Algarrobo and Torre del Mar from its terraces.

The covered terrace allows for comfortable outdoor enjoyment, even in cooler weather or strong winds. The spacious living room, which opens to the terrace, features a wood-burning stove for cold days, air conditioning (hot/cold), a cozy seating area, a dining table for 5, and a flat-screen TV with German SAT-TV.

The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped, with access to the front terrace and a nearby storage room housing a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and gas cooking facilities.

A washing machine is also available in the garage. Casa Ariola has two air-conditioned bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, accommodating up to 4 guests.

The beds are generously sized at 2 meters long and 1.60 to 2 meters wide, ensuring a comfortable stay. The pool season is generally from 1 April to 31 October. Late check-in can be arranged until 1am for a supplement. Pets are allowed for a supplement per night.

An additional deposit is required if you bring a pet. Electricity costs are monitored by reading the meter on arrival and departure.

Excess electricity consumption (more than 100 kW per week or 21.5 kW per day for longer stays) will be charged at 0.39 euros per kW, payable in cash on departure or deducted from the deposit.

Expected usage is 70-200 kW/h per week with moderate consumption."
