Just 30 meters from the sea, Casa Es Pí is set in a quiet spot on the outskirts of the small town of Llucmajor.
This holiday home, built in traditional Mallorcan style, features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests.
The house provides everything needed for children, as well as Wi-Fi, a fireplace, and a TV. Outside, surrounded by pine trees, you can enjoy relaxing days thanks to the fresh sea breeze, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
Restaurants, bars, shops, and Cala Pi—one of Mallorca’s most beautiful natural beaches—are just a 20-minute drive away. Please note that on the fully independent upper floor live my mother, her partner, a cat, and a very small dog. For this reason, we kindly ask you to be respectful and avoid making noise so as not to disturb the neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.; during this time, if you wish to be on the terrace, you may use the rear terrace and continue your activities as usual. Late arrivals after 10:00 p.m. may incur an additional charge.
Please contact the host via the booking platform before arrival if you expect to arrive late.

Die Lage war gut, nahe am Strand und sehr ruhig! Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war gross, schön und gemütlich und auch der Aussenbereich war top. Einzig negativer Aspekt war, dass der Wasserhahn im kleineren Badezimmer sehr sorgfältig betätigt werden musste, damit das W...
