The holiday home “Serra Fuster - Casa Tolleric” is located in the quiet coastal village of Tolleric and impresses guest with its beautiful, private outdoor area.
The 2-storey property with a sea view consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the 2 double bedrooms), a fireplace, satellite and cable television, a washing machine, a dryer, a baby cot and a highchair.
Furthermore, the house boats a private outdoor area with a well-kept garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a pool (open from April to October) and an outdoor shower. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers by the pool and lose yourself in a good book.
In the evening, enjoy a delicious barbecued meal with the whole family.
The nearest bar is located a 5-minute walk away (350 m) and you will reach a wider selection of restaurants, bars and cafes as well as the nearest supermarket in 4 minutes by car. The small rocky beach Playa Maioris awaits your visit an 8-minute drive away (5.9 km) and the sandy beach of Playa de Palma is a 19-minute drive from the property (15.7 km). The centre of Palma is a 27-minute drive away (25.4 km) while Palma de Mallorca airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes (21 km). Parties and events are not allowed at this property. The property is in a quiet residential area, so the neighbours' rest must be observed.

De hangstoel, het aantal badkamers, buitenzitplaats
Het aantal toiletrollen, vaatwasmachine werkt niet super goed, het zwembad mocht iets properder en extra lichtjes zouden ook leuk zijn

As condições da casa,tem um ambiente familiar e está bem equipada.
Ficamos horas á espera porque o nosso vôo chegou cedo e supostamente estavam a limpar a casa (nós tivemos do lado de fora e não detectamos movimento)e depois chegamos à casa e o chão não tinha sido bem limpo, o pó nos móveis e o pior, a loiça tivemos que lavar toda antes de a usar. Foi mau.
