The cozy and beautiful villa “Finca Santa Eulalia Petit” is located in a quiet 1000 sqm plot in Can Picafort, in the beautiful island of Mallorca, and impresses guests with its stunning outdoor area and its generous pool.
This typically-Mediterranean house consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (with one double bed each) as well as 3 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities of this child-friendly villa also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite television.
One of the main attractions of this property is its beautifully-decorated outdoor area.
There you will find a nice garden with palm trees and local plants, a spacious furnished porch and a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, which is beautifully embedded in the back garden.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage. Bestens ausgestattet. Sehr sauber. Schöner Pool (ca 5x8m) gepflegter Garten. Viele sinnvolle Kleinigkeiten. z.B. deutsches Fernsehen, genügend Ablagen im Bad und im Zimmer. Alles klimatisiert. Nichts kaputt. Hervorragende Küchenausstattung. Aussen-Grill, kleiner Kinderspielplatz. 5 Auto-Minuten nach Can Picafort.
Für 4 Personen optimal. (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) Für 2-3 Paare oder 6 Personen könnten die Betten in 2 Zimmern etwas zu schmal sein (1,50m).
