The villa is located in the countryside near Muro, just a few kilometers from the sandy beach.
This house has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The finca is generously equipped both inside and outside.
To the left of the house, you will find a large lawn with beautiful blooming oleander bushes, and on the other side is the spacious outdoor pool with its terrace.
One of the highlights of the pool is the cozy sun lounger, ideal for relaxing.
The terrace is partially covered and features a modern dining table where the whole family can enjoy meals together.
On the ground floor, there is a large living room with two sofas facing the television and a dining table for up to eight people.
The adjoining rustic kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious.
On this floor, there are also three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.
On the first floor, there is another large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a spacious balcony terrace.
All bedrooms are spacious and well-equipped, offering privacy to each guest.
The house has a carport for two cars and is surrounded by farmland.
By car, the beach can be reached in just a few minutes.
Additional services to be paid locally: Electricity consumption and the local tourist tax are available for an extra charge.

Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt, alle 2 Tage kam jemand und hat sich um den Garten gekümmert.
Die Vermieterin war super freundlich!
Heerlijk rustige locatie, met alle gemakken voorzien.

Der Service durch die Housekeeperin Marga war top. Die Lage des Hauses eignet sich gut für Ausflüge auf der Insel.
Die Sanitäreeinrichtung sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen eine Modernisierung ist demnächst empfehlenswert.
