Very beautiful, comfortable on a vinyard country house "Bric del Vento", detached, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 3 km from the centre of Soglio, 22 km from the centre of Asti, 50 km from the centre of Turin, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on top of a hill, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: property 30'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, meadow, swimming pool (13 x 6 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Nov.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, pergola, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 3.5 km, railway station "Asti" 22 km. Nearby attractions: Turin 50 km, Alba 40 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
