It is fully equipped (bed linen, towels and essentials PROVIDED), with the bed made for your arrival. 5 min from the A89 St Julien Puy Lavèze exit. 8 min from La Bourboule thermal baths, the aquatic centre and Fenestre Park. 15 min from Mont-Dore thermal baths and Sancy ski resort. Set off from the studio on mountain bike rides or hikes. Close to the Dordogne, Bort-les-Orgues dam for fishing, and Château de Val. DESCRIPTION: Studio with a kitchen featuring an electric oven, fridge, small freezer, Senseo machine, coffee maker, microwave, blender, raclette grill, electric barbecue, toaster, kettle, extractor hood, 1 electric hotplate and 3 gas burners, plus a radio and a bathroom with a large shower, washbasin and toilet.
Individual heating.
Portable air conditioning and fan. 140 x 190 cm bed (duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels PROVIDED free of charge). Flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi. Garage for motorbikes, skis or mountain bikes.
