Welcome to my place! I’m Olivia and Tatiana helps me manage the rentals.
Located in the heart of Bordeaux’s historic city center, my apartment is both quiet and central.
Since I’m often away for work, I rent it out during my absences. There’s a living room with an open kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
You’ll find a washing machine (detergent not provided) and a French press (coffee not provided). Heating is electric. The bedroom overlooks a rear patio, making it peaceful.
The 160 cm bed consists of two slightly thin 80 cm mattresses.
There’s no baby bed. We provide bed linen and one bath towel per guest. The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor, accessible by stairs.
You’re 100 m from the tram and Sainte-Catherine Street, with many restaurants and bars nearby.
Its central location is ideal for exploring the city. Please note: Parties and loud events are not allowed.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking, including the landing.
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy when you depart: dishes washed and put away, trash emptied, toilets clean, surfaces wiped, no crumbs or excessive dirt.
No parcels or mail can be delivered to this address. Important: There’s no TV, internet, or air conditioning, and the equipment is very basic.
There are 6 steps between the living room and bedroom, with no door between them.
The bedroom’s interior shutters are fixed, so it can’t be fully darkened, especially if the window is open. Please contact us only via the booking platform’s messaging system.
