Comfortable guest room in a traditional stone house in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles countryside (Sougé-Le-Ganelon), with a covered terrace and large private garden.
The 30 m² room accommodates up to 2 guests. You have a private bathroom and separate toilet, both accessible from the hallway next to the room. Breakfast is included. The room has a 160x190 cm double bed. A travel cot and/or extra child’s bed are available on request. Amenities: wardrobe, TV, DVD player, game console, kettle, courtesy tray, elliptical bike, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Soap and shampoo provided.
Bed linen, towels, washcloths, hairdryer, and iron are available. Terrace and garden furniture are accessible and shared with the owners.
Kitchen use is not included in the rate or in the guest room label; however, occasional access may be granted on request if needed. On request: DVDs, CDs, books, board games, outdoor games, fridge, washing machine, and dryer (service available for an extra fee). One pet allowed.
Events are not permitted. Ideal setting for enjoying the countryside: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, canoeing, fishing, horse riding, treetop adventure.
Typical villages nearby: Saint-Léonard-des-Bois (10 min), Saint-Céneri-le-Gérei (15 min). For city outings: Fresnay-sur-Sarthe (10 min), Alençon (25 min), Le Mans (45 min). Supermarket, gas station, pharmacy, and bakery 5 minutes away in the village.

Accueil très agréable, avec une réelle attention aux hôtes. Tout est parfaitement décrit. Un petit déjeuner sain, dont salade de fruits et attention particulière au Sans Gluten. Le confort de la literie est appréciable. Nous avons apprécié les petits savons au lait de chèvre. Merci pour votre accueil.
Nous recommandons cette chambre.

Chambre d'hôtes magnifique, loin de tout pour un retour aux sources total. Petit déj très copieux et varié. Sébastien et Carine donnent beaucoup d'indications pour la région (restaurants, sites à visiter...) si on repasse dans le coin, on y retournera mais j'espère plus d'une nuit...
Et pour ne rien gâcher, le rapport qualité prix est excellent ! 😜
