Open all year round. On the ground floor: private bedroom with tea-making area, bathroom, and WC. Vaulted 22 m² space for 2 guests, thick stone walls provide natural cooling in warm weather. Step-free access.
Private entrance and terrace, equipped summer kitchen. Breakfast provided for you to enjoy at your leisure.
Wi-Fi and TV included.
One pet allowed. Views of the garden and mountains.
Covered terrace, garden furniture, grounds with a stream below. Breakfast included.
Local organic or sustainably farmed products, homemade jam. Can be adapted for food intolerances—please inform us in advance. Located 5 km from Die, in a hamlet in Romeyer, in the Vercors Regional Natural Park, at the foot of the Dôme du Glandasse (2,041 m), the southern edge of the Vercors, an emblematic mountain of the Diois region. Bike and motorcycle shelter, private parking. To access the house: narrow lane then a short steep descent.

Parking also possible above if needed. Hiking trails from the doorstep, PR and GR routes including the GTV. Climbing site 5 min away: "La roche de Romeyer." Walk to Die in 45 min along the riverside path. Canyoning, aquatic hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, and more. Washing machine and dryer available for an extra charge. Please note: Events are not permitted on the property.

Nous avons apprécié la sympathie de Jean Pierre, sa grande disponibilité pour ses hôtes et ses bons conseils pour les randonnées.
Le site est très bien situé, très calme. Le logement est très propre et très confortable.

Les baladins c'est un petit Paradis de verdure et de calme,le studio est très bien équipé, mais le vrai plus c'est la terrasse et la cuisine d'été, du petit déjeuner au dîner,une vraie liberté. le paysage est dépaysant et pourtant on se sent comme chez soi avec le plaisir des vacances.

Marie et moi avons été enchantés de l'accueil des "baladins" des Arnauds de Romeyer Jean-Pierre et Béatrice sans oublier Pépita, leur adorable chienne !
Leur Gîte est vraiment sympa et le cadre, très agréable est un plus indéniable. De même, le Vercors est magnifique ! Par conséquent nous recommandons très sincèrement cette excellente adresse...
