Located at the end of a quiet lane near a historic hamlet in Chassiers, this single-level 74 m² home without thresholds provides a comfortable living area with a lounge by the fireplace and a TV space.
Large sliding doors open onto a terrace leading to the spacious solarium and private pool (1.50 m deep), all with mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen opens to a covered terrace, perfect for outdoor dining.
A barbecue (plancha) is also available.
The "Forêt" bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe; the "Jardin" bedroom offers a double bed (or two singles on request) and a wardrobe.
Air conditioning is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, built-in sink, and washing machine.
You have Wi-Fi and private parking. The property has a private garden and three terraces, two of which are covered—ideal for enjoying the panorama and the tranquility of this unique place. Additional information: Pool towels are not provided; please bring your own. The garden and pool are not suitable for young children.

Wat een paradijsje. Heerlijke rustige ligging met veel privacy. Goede en moderne keuken en badkamer. Fijne matrassen op de slaapkamers (en dan zijn de bedden ook nog eens opgemaakt bij aankomst) en na een week ook nog bedlinnenwissel. En alles super schoon!
En dan dat uitzicht, uren naar gekeken.
Komen graag nog een keer terug.

Als eerste gasten in 2025 voor het eerst in mijn leven terug gegaan naar dezelfde plek. Dat zegt genoeg! Fantastisch huis, fenomenaal uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien. In 5 woorden: een thuis ver van huis! De opgemaakte bedden bij binnenkomst en het altijd fijne en behulpzame contact met Mirei...

Fantastisch huisje op een rustige plek met mooi uitzicht over de Ardeche heuvels.
Het huisje is voorzien van alle gemakken en alles is echt super schoon. Rustige ligging waardoor je echt van de stilte kunt genieten. Supermarkt in Largentiere is dichtbij en heeft een uitgebreid assortiment.
