Welcome to "Casetta del Custode," a charming, independent 28 sqm studio on Via Marina Grande, perfect for couples seeking comfort and an authentic island atmosphere.
The apartment features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fan for your comfort. Sleeping area: a romantic wooden mezzanine with a French bed, accessed by a steep nautical-style staircase.
Living area: space with a fully equipped kitchenette (coffee machine and moka pot) and a single sofa/armchair bed. The balcony is the true highlight: enjoy views of the Capri Funicular and a stunning panorama of the Gulf, sea, mountains, Marina Grande, and the hills towards the Piazzetta. Location: just a short, flat walk from the main port, Marina Grande beaches, and the Funicular station to the center.
Right outside the door you'll find the main bus stop for exploring the island and a well-stocked supermarket. Other information: adults only, events not allowed.
The mezzanine is accessed via a nautical-style staircase.
Spaces reflect a typical small Caprese house: functional, well-kept, and designed for an intimate experience.
