Bright, fully renovated 37 m² apartment with private garden, located on the ground floor with its own entrance.
Enjoy easy, free street parking in a peaceful neighborhood.
While the RER train station is not nearby, you can relax with a walk to the forest just 10 minutes away, or visit the renowned Parc Caillebotte, a 10-minute drive. The apartment features one bedroom with a dressing area and a modern 160x200 cm bed, opening onto an en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower, sink, and storage.
The living room includes a 160x190 cm sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with storage, fridge-freezer, classic and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster, teapot, and all you need for breakfast.
Homemade jam is provided.
Washing machine, bed linens, and towels are included. You’ll have high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, fan, and a dedicated workspace.
Baby bed and high chair are available on request.
The apartment is step-free inside and out. Heating is provided in the living room and bedroom.
Self check-in possible with a secure key box. Hosts live on site but not in the reserved apartment. Nearby: shops 200 m, restaurants 600 m, market 1.9 km, supermarket 2 km. Please note: There is ongoing house construction on the street.

Nous avons été reçus très sympathiquement. L'appartement est très propre et équipé de tout le confort. Le quartier est très calme. La brioche maison est une surprise savoureuse.
