Welcome to Strandvilla-Lubmin! This cozy 74 m² townhouse-style apartment is just steps from the beach and promenade in Lubmin and accommodates up to 4 guests.
Enjoy a balcony, a small garden, and a covered terrace where you can relax by the fire pit or barbecue, sunbathe, or simply unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, a cooktop, oven, extractor hood, stainless steel sink, dishwasher, and capsule coffee machine—perfect for self-catering stays. In the living and dining area, you’ll find a dining table with bench and chairs, a comfortable pull-out sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi is available. The two quiet upstairs bedrooms each offer 2 beds (one with bunk beds), wardrobes, shelves, and seating.
Bed linen and towels can be requested via the booking platform for an additional fee. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, shelf, and plenty of hooks. Free of charge: baby cot and high chair on request.
One pet is allowed by prior arrangement.
Parking is available on the property.
Self-check-in allows you flexible arrival. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price and can be booked via the platform for an additional fee. All rooms have radiators. Please treat the accommodation with care and report any damage or defects immediately.

Die Lage zur Ostsee ist wunderbar, man kann super spazieren und hat Ruhe in der Natur. Die Wohnung ist mit alles eingerichtet was man braucht, es war sauber und super vorbereitet, Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
