Located on the sunny slope of Schiltach, this quiet holiday apartment offers a wonderful view of the old town with its half-timbered houses.
The 67 m² apartment accommodates up to two guests and features one bedroom, a spacious living and dining area, and a bathroom.
The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, a selection of cooking utensils and spices, a pod coffee machine, and a ceramic filter for classic filter coffee.
The apartment also includes a TV, fast Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo system, record player, books, and a washing machine.
In winter, underfloor heating and radiators ensure cozy warmth.
In summer, an air conditioning unit in the living/dining area will also cool the bedroom to a comfortable temperature (available from May 2027). Enjoy stunning views from the winter garden, or admire contemporary art that gives the apartment a unique touch. In summer, relax on the balcony during the day and enjoy the cool evening air from the nearby forest. The medieval old town, just 200 m away, offers restaurants and daily shopping.
There is an outdoor pool in the neighboring village.
The charming landscape is ideal for hiking and cycling, and there are many attractions nearby.
During the summer holidays, the city of Schiltach offers a children's holiday program. Parking is available on the street.
The apartment is well connected to public transport, and a free city bus operates in Schiltach. Smoking is not permitted inside.
