Villa Majestic is a stunning seafront villa in Terrasini, at the heart of the Capo Rama Marine Protected Area.
With 180 m², it accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 suites, each with a private bathroom.
The interiors are modern, bright, and fully accessible, with no steps.
You have a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating in the living room and all bedrooms, Wi-Fi ideal for video calls, Smart TV, and a washing machine. Outside, enjoy panoramic terraces (two open, one covered), a garden, outdoor shower, and a 15 × 7 meter infinity pool with hydromassage and scenic waterfall, shared with an adjacent villa and overlooking the sea for breathtaking views.
Private access to a small cove completes the experience. The property features a private woodland leading to the cove, ensuring privacy and tranquility in nature.
Up to 2 pets are welcome.
Parking is available for 3 cars.
Homemade olive oil is offered to guests.
Events are not permitted. Distances: Palermo Airport approx. 18 km, Palermo 30 km, Terrasini 5 km, Castellammare/Scopello 30 km, Zingaro 35 km, San Vito Lo Capo 75 km, Trapani 70 km, restaurants 1 km, supermarkets and shops 5 km. A cleaning fee applies.
