Villa21vendee is a modern villa in Les Sables d'Olonne, designed for comfort and tranquility.
This is our second home, carefully decorated and featuring artworks by Bas. For children, there are toys, a stair gate, high chair, and travel cot available.
The beach and public transport are easily accessible, making the villa ideal for family holidays. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious hallway with wardrobe and toilet.
The bathroom offers a bathtub, double sink, and walk-in shower.
The first bedroom has a 180x200 cm bed. The second bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm). The living room has a large corner sofa, two armchairs, a 40-inch Full HD TV, Blu-ray player, Bluetooth speaker, and fast fiber optic wifi.
The dining area seats eight.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, convection oven with grill, 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, mixers and blender, toaster, and complete tableware. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower, a third bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, and a fourth bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm, can be joined). Large wardrobes with hangers and nightstands with sockets for charging devices are provided.
Beds are made upon arrival. The large garden features a pool that can be heated on request for an extra fee, sunny and shaded areas, and views of the meadow.
There is a terrace with six loungers, large sunshade, and barbecue.
By the pool, you'll find a terrace with lounge set and parasol.
The pool is about 8 x 4 m and 150 cm deep. A communal playground is nearby. Washing machine and dryer are in the shed.
Two parking spaces are in front of the house. Please note: events are not allowed on the property.

Zoals de titel zegt. Het is ruimer en nog mooier dan de foto's zeggen. Fantastische woning op een fantastische locatie. Wij waren met 6-en meer dan ruimte genoeg. De woning is werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad. Eerste avond eten besteld op t park. Erg makkelijk aangezien je nog niks in huis hebt! Ook de bedden liggen heerlijk. Top vakantie gehad.
