The living room includes a sofa for sitting only (not convertible). A private garage parking space is available for an extra fee—a real advantage for those traveling by car, rare in Nantes city center. Quick access to key locations: TGV station and tram line 1 are 5 minutes away on foot, the Convention Center is a 10-minute walk, and the city center and historic heart are 5 minutes by tram.
