The holiday flat was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residence. The domicile is popular also because of the view of the lake from the property and the sunny location by the water. Available for use: sunshade, sunlounger, children’s playground and garden furniture. ++PETS: Only one small pet up to a maximum of 40 cm is allowed on request. They are not permitted in the restaurant, at the pool or in the wellness area. €5.00 per day++ The washing machine is not located directly in the accommodation, but in a communal area of the residence. It can be used there for a fee.

Tignale. The holiday flat is located in a residence. The residence is situated in an exclusive location with a view of the beautiful Lake Garda; every day offers a new panorama and a new emotion. Our rooms and apartments enjoy all the services of the complex, a place where diverse needs such as relaxation, sport and family holidays can be satisfied. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. One parking space per apartment is included; the fee for an additional parking space is €7.00 per day. The garage is intended for motorbikes only.

Central heating. One heating is available approximately from 29/03 to 30/04 and approximately from 15/10 to 31/10. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi), telephone and washing machine. TV reception via satellite. 4 German-language channels available.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.
Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 7 m x 15 m, 1.4 m deep). Children's pool (3 m x 3 m). Indoor pool (available from mid-September to mid-May, heated, 8 m x 4 m, 1.4 m deep). The indoor pool is located in the hotel area and is closed when the outdoor pool is in operation.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Direkt am Hang gelegen! Mit wunderbaren Seeblick. Die Betten sin etwas hart gewesen, aber ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und benutzbar. Nur der Warmwasser Boiler braucht sehr lang zum warm werden und man muss schnell Duschen, weil ansonsten das Wasser kalt wird. Würde aber trotzdem wieder dahin gehen!

Die Aussicht war außergewöhnlich mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse, Restaurant Pizzeria sehr gut.
Die Rezeption sehr angenehm und reaktionsschnell.

Die Lage der Urlaubsanlage ist grandios.
Unsere Ferienwohnung bzw. Apartment hatte eine traumhafte Aussicht auf den Gardasee.
Das Personal im Restaurant (oben) war super lieb und fleißig.
Die Pizza können wir nur weiterempfehlen.
