Located in a quiet area on the edge of Lauenstein, the "FeWo Waldblick" apartment offers 107 sqm of space for up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor, you will be the sole occupants of the house.
There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an air fryer, and there is an electric grill for use in the kitchen or on the terrace.
Amenities include a large smart TV, Wi-Fi is available, heating in all rooms, self check-in, and a barrier-free interior.
The apartment offers plenty of storage space throughout.
This is a non-smoking apartment, but smoking is allowed on the terrace.
All windows have shutters for blackout and heat protection. Outside, you can enjoy a private, partially covered south-facing balcony of 35 sqm. The large natural garden with a small stream is home to a variety of wildlife. There are 2 parking spaces in front of the house.
Please note: the driveway is less suitable for lowered vehicles.
