The "Vimmerby" house offers a serene escape for up to 4 guests, nestled in a picturesque vacation village near Västervik, with sandy beaches and exciting boat rentals just a stroll away.
The "Vimmerby" vacation home offers 60 m² of comfortable living space, accommodating up to four guests.
Upon entering through a covered veranda, one finds a cozy living room with a sofa set, a television with German channels, and a wood-burning stove.
To the left, the open kitchen includes a refrigerator with a freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, providing all essentials for meal preparation.
Dining can be enjoyed at the solid wooden table in the kitchen or on the veranda during warm weather. The house features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, along with a bathroom equipped with a toilet and shower.
A communal laundry with a washing machine is available for a fee. Guests can also access shared attractions such as a playground, trampoline, and wood-fired sauna located 250 meters away. The "Vimmerby" holiday home is nestled within a picturesque holiday village in the northeastern part of Småland, covering approximately 58 hectares of coastal land.
The outdoor area features a child-friendly beach, just 850 meters away, along with rental boats, including canoes, kayaks, and motorboats, enhancing the outdoor experience.
