Ideal for your next vacation, this charming house accommodates up to 6 guests, nestled 40 km southwest of Växjö, just 5 km from the picturesque Åsnen lake with canoeing and lovely swim spots nearby.
This modern vacation home, completed in 2024, offers approximately 118 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests, along with a maximum of 4 dogs.
The ground floor features a spacious living kitchen with a cozy dining area, equipped with a SAT-TV (including German channels), a large dining table, and a wood-burning stove.
The fully furnished kitchen includes a stove with an oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
Also on this level is a bathroom with a WC, shower, and washing machine, as well as three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds.
The house is heated electrically and provides both hot and cold running water.
For added convenience, a terrace with garden furniture and a grill is available.
Please note that smoking inside the house is prohibited. The holiday home at Älghagen is situated on a spacious 2,500 m² grassy property, located about 40 kilometers southwest of Växjö. The expansive outdoor area features a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and a grill, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Additionally, guests have access to a complimentary canoe, ideal for exploring the nearby Åsnen Lake, which is just 5 kilometers away and known for its numerous islands.
Beautiful public swimming spots can be found in both Torne and Hulevik, approximately 5 and 8 kilometers from the property, respectively.
While guests can enjoy private outdoor amenities, it is important to note that the property allows for communal use of certain areas. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site. To make your stay and departure as easy and comfortable as possible, you pay a deposit before your arrival.
