The holiday home Havsörn offers approximately 140 m² of space for up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a wardrobe, a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, and a practical utility area featuring a washing machine, sink, and freezer.
The fully-equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker.
Guests can enjoy meals on the partially covered terrace, which comes with outdoor furniture and a gas grill.
The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a spacious sofa, rocking chair, fireplace, and TV with German and Swedish channels.
The basement houses a sauna for wellness.
The upper floor consists of two bedrooms—one with two combined single beds and the other with two single beds—along with a transitional room with a sofa bed and a balcony offering scenic lake views.
Internet and bicycles are included. The vacation home Havsörn is beautifully situated in the quaint village of Kalv in Västergötland, just 500 meters from the tranquil Kalvsjön lake.
The outdoor area features a partially covered terrace equipped with furniture and a gas grill, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Guests can also access a public bathing spot with a dock and sandy beach, located about 1 km away, ideal for swimming and fishing for local species like pike and perch.
Additionally, a nearby campground offers boat rentals from May to September. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site. To make your stay and departure as easy and comfortable as possible, you pay a deposit before your arrival.
