The Ratzeputz vacation house in Värmland accommodates up to 6 guests, offering lakeside relaxation, a private boat, a sauna, and stunning nature exploration just a stone's throw from Helgesjön.
The Ratzeputz holiday home offers approximately 80 m² of living space, accommodating up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
The interior features a blend of rustic charm and modern amenities.
The cozy living room includes a large stone fireplace, perfect for relaxation on cooler days, with firewood provided.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts a 4-burner stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, and coffee maker.
There are three bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm wide) and one with two single beds.
Additionally, the living area includes a corner sofa that can be used as a bed if necessary.
The bathroom features a toilet, shower, and a top-loader washing machine.
The house is electrically heated and access to a small sauna is included, enhancing the overall experience.
Essentials like towels and bed linen can be conveniently added for a fee. The Ratzeputz holiday home boasts a charming outdoor area, located just 50 meters from Lake Helgesjön. Guests can enjoy their own private dock with a boat, perfect for peaceful mornings on the water or fishing excursions.
However, please note that the waterfront is not suitable for small children.
The outdoor space features a covered terrace with views of the lake, equipped with comfortable furniture and a grill for delightful barbecues.
Additionally, there is a small play loft for children above the terrace.
A unique highlight is the small sauna house, equipped with an electric stove, ideal for unwinding after a day by the lake. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site. To make your stay and departure as easy and comfortable as possible, you pay a deposit before your arrival.
