The villa offers approximately 100 m² of living space, accommodating up to 6 guests.
The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area equipped with a fireplace, as well as a kitchen with modern amenities, including a 4-burner ceramic stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and Senseo coffee machine.
The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and washing machine.
Sleeping arrangements consist of two single beds combined into a double bed in the first bedroom and similar arrangements in the upstairs open living-sleeping area alongside a travel cot. Every room has a window with a mosquito net. Additionally, a guesthouse of about 10 m² is available, featuring two bunk beds and a TV. Heating is electric, and a freezer is provided in the basement.
The property allows for pet-friendly stays, accommodating up to 6 dogs.
Guests must bring their own towels and bed linens. The vacation home Villa Solbacka is situated on a spacious 2000 m² property, about 4 km south of Bräkne-Hoby in the beautiful region of Blekinge.
The outdoor area features a covered terrace and an additional large terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals al fresco.
The property is fully fenced in three sections, allowing pets to roam freely.
