This modern holiday home, completed in 2024, spans approximately 100 m² and accommodates up to 7 guests.
Upon entering through the terrace, there is a small hallway with a coat rack.
To the left is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area is bright and welcoming, featuring a well-equipped kitchen with a large island and induction stove, a dining table, and a comfortable living space with a fireplace and a TV with Firestick.
Three bedrooms include one with a double bed, another with a single bed, and a third with a bunk bed. A nearby guesthouse offers an additional bathroom with a toilet, a double bedroom, and a small laundry area.
Underfloor heating is present throughout the main house and guesthouse, ensuring a cozy environment. The outdoor area of the Tallbacken house offers a tranquil retreat, ideally situated just 150 meters from Sweden's largest lake, Vänern.
Guests can enjoy communal access, including the scenic terrace, perfect for relaxing moments.
There's a sauna with a view of the lake and an outdoor shower available behind the guesthouse.
For fishing enthusiasts, a designated fishing area behind the garage features stainless steel surfaces.
