Perfect for up to 6 guests, this charming lakeside retreat near Hemsjö offers a cozy atmosphere, modern amenities, beautiful views, and outdoor activities like swimming and boating for an unforgettable vacation.
This charming two-story holiday home, built in 1913 and recently renovated, offers approximately 110 m² of living space.
Entering through a bright hallway, one finds a spacious family room, or "Allrum," featuring a modern kitchen, a cozy seating area, and a fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge with a freezer.
Adjacent is a lovely dining area with views of Lake Hemsjön. The ground floor also includes a spacious bathroom with heated floors.
The upper level contains a double bed and a room with two single beds.
In a separate 30 m² building, additional sleeping arrangements are available with two single beds and a loft.
Amenities include a TV, a DVD player, and high-speed internet.
The property is well-heated and suitable for winter stays.
Bed linens and towels can be rented for a fee. Located on a spacious 2,000 m² lakeside property at Hemsjön, this vacation home offers an inviting outdoor space for relaxation and recreation.
Guests enjoy direct access to their own private bathing and boating dock, ideal for swimming and leisurely boat rides.
The property features multiple terraces equipped with garden furniture and sunshades, as well as two sun loungers for soaking up the sun. For families, a designated sand area for play, a swing, and various other play equipment are available for children.
The outdoor amenities also include two fire pits and a charcoal grill for evening gatherings.
In the warmer months, a fun outdoor shower adds an extra touch. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site. To make your stay and departure as easy and comfortable as possible, you pay a deposit before your arrival.
