Discover a cozy retreat for up to 6 people near the scenic Välen lake, featuring a private dock, bicycles, and a sauna, perfect for unforgettable family adventures.
This approximately 80 m² holiday home and the adjoining building offer spacious accommodations for up to eight guests.
The main house features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, and the other with a bunk bed and wardrobe.
The adjoining building includes a 190 cm long bunk bed that can comfortably sleep a child in the upper section and two children in the lower section, which is 140 cm wide.
The cozy living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, a wood stove, and a small two-seater sofa, along with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a modern refrigerator with freezer, a ceramic stove, and a wood-burning kitchen oven.
A bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine adds to the convenience.
Additional amenities include a home office with a desk and an infrared sauna in the adjoining building.
Heating is provided by electric heaters in each room. The property features a spacious outdoor area located in the scenic recreational house district of Soläng, near the fish-rich Välen Lake.
Guests can enjoy a beautiful communal bathing and boat landing spot just a few minutes' walk from the house, accompanied by a large grassy area.
A small island in the Välen is accessible by boat, featuring a public grill place, while a nearby camp offers a popular restaurant-café known for its award-winning burgers and ice cream, located 2.5 km away.
The area also boasts additional swimming spots with diving towers.
For those wishing to explore further, the towns of Åseda and Högsby are about 20 km away, offering shopping and cultural landmarks. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site. To make your stay and departure as easy and comfortable as possible, you pay a deposit before your arrival.
