This charming vacation home, perfect for up to 8 guests, offers serene lakeside views, modern amenities, and nearby towns for shopping and dining, ensuring an unforgettable getaway.
This charming two-story holiday home, built in 1955 and renovated in 2012, offers an inviting living space of approximately 58 m². It features a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
The cozy living room includes a seating area, a wood stove, and a TV with German and Swedish channels.
A spacious winter garden furnished as a dining area provides lovely views of the lake.
The ground floor also has a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two singles, and another open space containing an additional double bed. For larger groups, two guest houses on the property accommodate six additional guests.
The house accommodates a maximum of eight people, with shared access to amenities like a veranda, rowing boat, and grill. Situated on a spacious 900 m² plot, this charming holiday home offers a delightful outdoor experience.
Guests can enjoy a large open veranda furnished with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing moments or al fresco dining.
A little adventure awaits with a rowing boat available for use, allowing guests to explore the nearby Sjunnarydsjön, just 250 meters away.
The garden also features a playhouse, ensuring fun for younger visitors.
Ideal for families or groups, the property can accommodate up to eight guests, with additional sleeping options available in two small guest houses located on the grounds.
