Nestled in the peaceful Umbrian hills, Il Soggiorno dell'Artista welcomes you to Piediluco in a refined 75 sqm holiday home, ideal for 4-5 guests.
The apartment features charming exposed wooden beams, creating a warm, authentic, and relaxing atmosphere. The property offers 2 bright, comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living area with a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing your meals, and a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote working. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, TV, heating, fan, and air conditioning (available on request). Large windows offer breathtaking views of the valley and glimpses of Lake Piediluco nestled among the hills.
Outside, enjoy your own private balcony and open terrace with lake and mountain views—ideal for sunset aperitifs—a shared garden, a communal outdoor pool open from mid-May to late October (dates may vary with weather), a shared barbecue area, and private on-site parking. One small pet is allowed. The location is perfect for combining relaxation, sport, and culture.
Local activities include boat trips on Lake Piediluco, visits to the spectacular Marmore Falls (just a few kilometers away), trekking, rafting in Valnerina, and trails along the Way of St. Francis. Services on request: bike rental, guided tours, and organized excursions. Creative and wellness workshops are available for an extra fee. On request, you can join painting, watercolor, glass decoration, and mosaic classes, as well as wellness experiences.
