The 148 m² apartment spans two floors with two bedrooms, accommodating 4 guests and 1 small child.
A fully equipped kitchen ensures comfort, and families with young children will find a baby cot and high chair ready for use. Modern smart home controls, underfloor heating, and climate-regulating wall plaster create an exceptional atmosphere rarely found elsewhere. Perfect for couples seeking peace, relaxation, and wellness in an exclusive, private setting: the sauna and Kaiserwanne are for your use only—no other guests. On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with cozy bathrobes, towels, and a small selection of coffee and tea. Dream location: Right on the edge of the forest in Leinzell, you’ll wake to birdsong and rustling leaves—no main roads, no city noise, just pure tranquility. Excursions: Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city, boasts a beautiful historic old town and many cultural and scenic highlights. Limes Museum Aalen: As the largest Roman museum south of the Alps and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes, it offers insights into Roman life and the former cavalry fort.
