I am always available through Airbnb messages if you need anything during your stay, while still giving guests complete privacy. • This home is my primary residence.
While I make every effort to remove personal items before each stay, guests may notice some personal belongings, and a few closets or cupboards will remain closed. • No pets allowed. • No laundry on-site, but a laundromat is conveniently located directly across the street. • The neighborhood residential and peaceful, though weekends and street festival days can feel lively due to the area’s popular restaurants, cafés, and bars. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.
