Ceiling fans are available in the bedroom and bathroom for added comfort. Outside, a private 50 m² terrace with sunshades surrounds the property, offering beautiful sea views from two sides, as well as mountain and Marinello lakes scenery.
The Marinello lakes, a nature reserve, are a 10-minute walk away.
Alternatively, you can use the boat shuttle service for a unique experience.
A private balcony provides another spot to enjoy the view. The apartment is just steps from the beach, so you can easily enjoy the seafront amenities.
