Fina Båthus is a truly unique holiday destination for those who love nature and want to experience Sweden in its most authentic form.
Located in complete privacy in the archipelago of Figeholm on the east coast of Småland, this extraordinary holiday home enjoys a setting that is rarely found, even in Sweden.
Surrounded by crystal-clear water, small islands and unspoiled nature, you can enjoy peace, freedom and breathtaking views of the Baltic Sea. The sea begins directly outside the terrace.
Enjoy breakfast overlooking the water, fish from the property or take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear sea on warm summer days.
This spectacular location makes Fina Båthus a true hidden gem for nature lovers, anglers and anyone looking to escape everyday life. The holiday home accommodates up to four guests.
The bedroom features two single beds that can easily be combined into a double bed if desired.
In addition, the spacious living room offers a sofa bed for two more guests. The heart of the house is the large living area with its panoramic windows and stunning sea views.
A fireplace creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, providing the perfect Swedish holiday home feeling.
The integrated kitchenette is equipped for preparing simple meals during your stay. Guests looking for an authentic and simple nature experience will appreciate Fina Båthus.
The house currently does not have running water.
For the 2026 season, water containers will be provided.
A camping shower and a modern incinerating toilet are available.

Due to the direct waterfront location, the property is not suitable for younger children. Fina Båthus is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. The holiday home is available for bookings from May to September only.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels.
Electricity is charged according to consumption.
A security deposit of €250 is required. Additional upgrades are planned for the 2027 season, including running water and a boat with an electric motor. Fina Båthus is not an ordinary holiday home.

Dieses Haus ist wirklich ein Juwel. Die Lage ist unglaublich ruhig und völlig privat, mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser – du kannst buchstäblich direkt von deiner Haustür aus schwimmen gehen oder dein SUP oder Kajak nehmen.
