A Casa di Leo welcomes you to Marina di Ascea, in the Cilento region.
This 114 sqm villa accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with 3 single beds, and 2 bathrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine.
Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a smart TV, video on demand, a washing machine, a dedicated workspace, a high chair, and a baby crib.
Self check-in is available for your convenience. Step outside to enjoy the private 800 sqm fenced garden featuring a bioclimatic pergola, a solarium, a private covered terrace, and a private uncovered terrace.
A private grill is perfect for outdoor meals, and an outdoor shower is also at your disposal.
The property offers sea and mountain views.
A shared playground is accessible nearby, and a tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. Shared on-site parking is available with 4 spaces, and a shared EV charger is provided. 1 pet is allowed.
