APARTMENT 500 m from the main beach, 600 m from the thalassotherapy center, and 2 km from the city walls of Intra-Muros.
Located on the first floor, this comfortable apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with parking spaces in front of the house.
There is a secure garage for bikes and the option to rent bicycles. Beds come with sheets, duvets, duvet covers, pillows and pillowcases (2 pillows per person), and two 90x190 cm beds.
The kitchen is equipped with tea towels, hand towels, and napkins.
For the bathroom: bath towels, washcloths, beach towels, and a bath mat are provided. The separate eat-in kitchen (15 m²) is fully furnished and equipped: dishes, cookware, pressure cooker, large sink, fridge with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, pyrolytic electric oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle.
Salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are available.
Nespresso Krups coffee machine (capsules not included). Tartiflette or raclette appliance available on request at no extra charge.
Flat-screen TV. BEDROOM (13 m²): Two twin beds (80x200 cm), 19 cm high-quality mattresses, new bedding, wardrobe with hangers, flat-screen TV. LIVING ROOM (14 m²): Sofas, armchairs, coffee table, large flat-screen TV, and information for your visits.
Part of the living room is set up as a bedroom with two single beds. WC with window. BATHROOM: Sink, shower cabin with thermostatic mixer, storage unit, hairdryer, and stool. A bus stop to Saint-Malo Intra-Muros and the city walls is just a 2-minute walk away. Everything for your first breakfast is provided: coffee, milk, organic homemade jam, rusks, and orange juice.
