Fewo NicOlli is a beautiful, well-maintained non-smoking apartment for 2 guests in Haus Norderney, located in the charming fishing village of Dornumersiel.
A garage for your bicycles is included, but there is no Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included.
The local visitor’s tax must be paid separately. Other holiday destinations like Bensersiel, Nessmersiel, and the islands of Langeoog and Baltrum are just a few kilometers away.
The town center with supermarket, bakery, restaurants, and pubs is only a 5–10 minute walk.
The beach, heated outdoor pool (open from June, free of charge), and harbor are about 15 minutes on foot. Nearby activities include swimming, jogging/walking, sauna, cycling (bikes can be rented locally at a good price), mini golf, kite meadow, an indoor play area for rainy days, and more. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers complete peace and quiet, with no neighbors above or to the right.
From the 12 m² covered southwest-facing balcony/loggia, enjoy an unobstructed panoramic view all the way to Baltrum Island.
Balcony furniture with cushions is provided.
You may use your own electric grill on the balcony (no charcoal, please). Please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels! The combined living/sleeping area features a king-size bed, insect screen on the window, TV with DVB-T, comfortable TV chair, radio with USB and Bluetooth, and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, stove/oven with extractor fan—everything you need.
There is a dining area, a small couch corner, a hallway with wardrobe and coat rack, and a spacious, modern bathroom with shower and radio.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Auch die Kommunikation vorher sowie die Schlüsselübergaben haben problemlos funktioniert.
