Located in Beauregard-Baret in the Vercors National Park, this single-story 100 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
You will find one master bedroom suite with a private sitting area and bathroom, one bedroom with a large dressing area, and one bedroom with 2 single beds.
The fully equipped private kitchen, living room, and dining area span 40 sqm and include a coffee machine.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning and heating throughout the entire house, a flat screen TV, DVD player, washing machine, ski storage, and 2 bicycles.
The property offers step-free access and step-free interior design. Step outside to enjoy your private garden on 2000 sqm of terrain with mountain views and locally grown herbs.
The 70 sqm main terrace faces the front of the house, while a 12 sqm covered terrace and 4 sqm terrace behind the pool provide additional outdoor spaces.
Your private above-ground pool measures 28 sqm and 1.30 meters deep, surrounded by 100 sqm of synthetic grass and equipped with 6 lounge chairs and 3 sunscreens.
A private grill and shared playground are also available. The property offers 3 shared on-site parking spaces.
One pet is allowed but not permitted on couches or beds.
Events are not allowed, and quiet hours must be observed after 10 pm. No smoking is permitted inside or on the synthetic grass around the pool.
Access to the steep mountain area is restricted for safety reasons. The property sits in a quiet location at the village limit.
Bakery and grocery shops are 5 to 10 minutes away by car. The terrain is partially fenced to allow wildlife circulation including deer and rabbits.
