Ideal location for a seaside holiday with family or friends. Accommodation not officially classified by the Tourist Office* Ground floor: - Air-conditioned living room with corner sofa, television, and dining area - Fully equipped kitchen: 4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils - Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and toilet - Bedroom 1 with a 140cm double bed, ample storage, TV, and access to a 25m² terrace Mezzanine (Max. ceiling height 1.60m / Min. ceiling height 1.30m): - Bedroom 2 with a 140cm double bed and ample storage Outside: - 25m² terrace with dining furniture - Outdoor shower Other: - Private parking space #21 - Pets allowed (on request: €50/pet/stay) - Close to the Nartelle Beach and Restaurants - WiFi (fiber optic) Distances: - Town center: 4500m - Beach: 20m - Shops: 1000m Check-in and key collection hours: Monday to Friday between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Saturday (July - August) between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Sunday and public holidays (excluding Saturday): self check-in from 3:00 PM (key box, details provided after booking). If you wish to arrive outside these hours, please inquire before booking.
