This independent cottage, set in a hamlet just 1 km from the village, is the perfect base for exploring the Lot and nearby Dordogne regions. Outside, enjoy peace and open countryside views from this elevated position.
The property features a private fenced pool, reserved exclusively for your use throughout your stay. Pets are welcome for an extra fee, but please note the grounds are not fenced.
Parties and events are not permitted.
The hosts live on-site, but not in the rented accommodation. The charming village of Salviac, with supermarket and shops, is just 1 km away.
You are ideally located between the historic and natural sites of the Lot and Dordogne valleys.
Major tourist destinations are within easy reach: Rocamadour (45 minutes), Sarlat (30 minutes), as well as the Gouffre de Padirac and the Pech Merle caves. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee. Please leave the property clean upon departure, otherwise a cleaning fee may apply.
