You will find one bedroom with a double bed and another with bunk beds plus an additional pull-out bed. The well-equipped private kitchen includes a coffee machine, and the living area features a 3-seat sofa and 32-inch TV. Air conditioning is available in the master bedroom and living room, along with a private washing machine for your convenience. Step outside to your private covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing in the peaceful residential setting.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and has been recently renovated with bright, welcoming colors and vibrant furnishings. Parking is available in the street near the property.
Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The apartment offers excellent access to the island's beautiful beaches including Spalmatore, Monti d'Arena, and Bassa Trinità with its white sand and crystal-clear waters.
You can also easily reach the small island of I Giardinelli and the beaches of Caprera Island.
