It can accommodate up to 6 guests. The accommodation comprises - A spacious living room with sofa, armchairs and television for relaxing, and a large dining table for convivial meals. - A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) - Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160x200) and a large dressing room - A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a large dressing room - A separate shower room with shower, double washbasin, storage space and WC - Additional separate WC Outside area : - A magnificent swimming pool (12mx5m) with mirror overflow for your moments of coolness - A vast terrace equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, awnings and garden armchairs, plus a barbecue for summer evenings outdoors - A large landscaped garden surrounded by vineyards Activities nearby : The villa benefits from a privileged location that combines peace and quiet with life in Bordeaux: - Bordeaux: the historic centre and its UNESCO-listed quays are just 15 minutes away - Wine route: immediate immersion in the Bordeaux vineyards for visits and tastings - Amenities: supermarket and local shops just 5 minutes away - Leisure: numerous hiking and cycling trails through the surrounding vineyards Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park your vehicles safely in the private car park.
