The property is located in Spello, a characteristic village on the slopes of Mount Subasio, close to the historic center and in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). The village is also famous for the Infiorata di Spello, during which the streets are transformed into veritable artistic carpets of flowers. The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the historic center, making it a very convenient location for exploring the village on foot.

The main attractions, as well as restaurants, shops, and services, are easily accessible in just a few minutes, allowing you to fully experience Spello's authentic atmosphere without having to travel by car. This strategic location is ideal for immersing yourself in the life of the historic center and enjoying the beauty of the village. From Perugia Station, you can reach the apartment by taxi; alternatively, you can take a train to Spello and walk for about 20 minutes. From Umbria Airport, we recommend taking a shuttle to Perugia Station and continuing as indicated above. If you're traveling by car, please note that the apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Parking is available in the nearby parking lots (Park Free Spello, Parcheggio Poeta), which are about a 10-minute walk away.
