This welcoming house with 3 bedrooms invites you to create unforgettable memories, featuring a pool perfect for sunny days (available from April to October) and a barbecue area with a dining table on the porch—ideal for long outdoor gatherings surrounded by the serenity of nature.
Only the upstairs bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Here, time slows down.
Take a deep breath, disconnect from your routine, and enjoy all the comfort the mountains have to offer. The property provides parking for up to 3 cars. No events of any kind are allowed on the property. Just a 12-minute drive (6 km) away, you'll find Praia Fluvial da Carriça, offering facilities and amenities for a perfect picnic: barbecues, restrooms, playground, sports field, a bar with terrace, and nature. Note: For the security of the house, there is a camera positioned exclusively at the vehicle/pedestrian entrance gate of the property. - Beach/pool towels Payment 3,50 € per stay
